Road Block is a blend of their Hope and Morison vineyards grapes. It is whole bunch pressed then wild yeast fermented, 100% in barrel with only a small proportion being new. The Mendoza clone Chardonnay gives ‘hen and chickens’ variable berry sizes meaning more sugar and certainly it has a gorgeous silkiness and weight. Impressive!
