All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may occasionally extend to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Recommended for time-sensitive deliveries
- Includes full tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Economical option for non-urgent deliveries
- Includes basic tracking
Please note: We do not ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions due to legal restrictions and logistical constraints. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance and local delivery services.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

However, we recognize that occasionally a product may not meet your expectations. Our returns policy reflects our commitment to your satisfaction while respecting the unique nature of our products.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in its original, unopened condition
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Return authorization must be obtained before shipping
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the delicate nature of our premium offerings and legal restrictions on alcohol resale, the following product categories cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- All Champagne varieties (Brandy, Brut Non-Vintage, Demi-Sec, Prestige Cuvée, Rosé-Pink, and Larger Bottles)
- Sparkling Wines (English Sparkling, French Sparkling, Prosecco, Rosé/Pink Sparkling, Other Brut Sparkling, Red Sparkling)
- Fortified Wines (Port, Sherry, Other Fortifieds)
- Spirits (Gin, Rum)
- Red Wines and Rosé Wines

Return & Exchange Process
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items without this authorization.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to appear:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and approved. Replacement items will be shipped using the same method as your original order.
