We loved the clarity here, some attractive but well integrated oak brings notes of cashew and toast to succulent, firm white peach, citrus, and tropical hints. The palate shows great intensity and some tension, lots of lively citrus and layers of meal and toasty flavours, more creamed nut and fine texture. Feels precise and measured but not clinical. Bright, long, and tasty.
